Skyhue is made by one person, and every message is read by that person.

Email support@skyhue.app. Helpful to include: the city, what you expected to see, what you saw instead, and the build number from the bottom of Settings. A screenshot is worth more than a description.

Before you write

• A forecast looks wrong. Skyhue shows Apple Weather's forecast for the rounded coordinates of your city. Compare with Apple's Weather app for the same place; if they differ, tell us the city and the time, and we will look.
• Nothing loads. Pull down on the home screen to refresh. The app keeps the last forecast it fetched, so an old one on screen means it could not reach the server. Settings, then Data & Privacy, shows when it last succeeded.
• Skyhue Plus is not unlocking. Open Settings, then Skyhue Plus, and tap Restore purchases. Purchases are tied to your Apple Account; the App Store manages renewal and cancellation under your account's subscriptions.
• My Location is grey. It needs location permission while the app is in use: iOS Settings, then Skyhue, then Location, set to While Using the App. Approximate location is all it asks for.
• Deleting your data. There is no account and nothing stored about you on our server. Delete the app and everything it kept on your phone goes with it.
